If you are a Miami native that's into fashion and lifestyle, then I'm sure you've seen the hashtag #LiveLikeRia! Described as “The authority on Miami fashion” by GUESS,. Ria is a highly regarded blogger in the fields on fashion, digital and social media. Ria Michelle sets her focus on delivering high-quality content. She counts brands like Revolve Clothing, Bacardi, Teen Vogue, Kia, and Wildfox Couture, amongst her list of clients. She has been featured in prestigious publications such as Elle Magazine, Marie Claire, Seventeen and more. I could go on and on about how amazing she is, but let's get into the amazing day I spent with her! After discorvering her blog and other social media accounts I took a leap of faith and reached out to her in hopes to get to together to talk about whats popping in the beauty/fashion industry here in Miami. Thank god I decided to shoot my shot ;) because she was more than happy to meet up with me as well. We decided to go to a small cafe called Brother's & Brawlers. Part of a hip Wynwood concept store, this coffee bar is set in a warehouse space with a lived-in feel, surrounded by vintage motorcycles, couches and light fixtures as well as men’s clothing. The cafe serves as a gathering spot for or custom-made espresso drinks, cold brew and donuts, plus beers, wines and cocktails concocted with java instead of booze. Ria and I both fell in love with the aesthetic of the shop. It's the perfect place for at home workers or bloggers to come work (wink wink). My drink is pictured on the left- the "Joe Lee". It was the BEST damn cocktail I've ever had! Not to mention how cute the presentation is. It's a take on a dark and stormy cocktail; but made with coffee and beer instead of rum. Don't quote me on exactly what Ria's drink was called, but it looks pretty cute in the picture right! To get a full idea of this shop and my day with Ria in Wydnwood check out the vlog we created below!
